🏋️♂️ STRONG WHITE SPORTS TAPE - We use a premium, lightweight cotton which has a high tensile strength. It is lighter than our Zinc Tan tape, but not as strong. We would recommend using White Zinc Oxide tape for lightweight areas such as the wrist and hand, or as a blister prevention tape.
🏃♀️ BLISTER PREVENTION TAPE - Zinc Oxide tape is commonly used as a blister tape for feet around the heel and ankle, to help prevent blisters when hiking and running. It's also used to support the arch when suffering from plantar fasciitis injuries.
